Sign-On:
If you have enabled password/pattern login in VCO, a user logs
in once and gains access to all VCO widgets without being prompted
to log in again at each of them. The session will keep valid for
60 seconds from the last access after login. You will be prompted
to log in again after the session is expired.
- It will only
show the category color for Android 2.2 or above.

Direction (Sync to Outlook Only, Sync to Mobile Only, or Both)
- Select whether
to sync or not to sync particular categories
- Sync with Multiple
Outlook Clients (such as the Outlook Clients on your Home machine
and Office machine), tasks and notes will not be overwritten with
each other.
- Auto-discovery
of the SyncCenter application on your local network (for Wi-Fi).
- Display of sync
progress. Sync can be stopped from either mobile device or from your
PC.

You can set the Sync Option by components. Here are some of the sync options
you can set:
- Select categories
to sync or not to sync (For Office 2007 or above)
- Allow SyncCenter
delete records from Outlook.
- Allow SyncCenter
to delete records from Mobile.
- Sync Direction
(Mobile to Outlook only, Outlook to Mobile only, or both)
- Sync Password
- Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
(You need to purchase the Bluetooth Extension if you would like to sync
using Bluetooth), etc.

AutoSync is optional.
With AutoSync enabled, you can schedule the sync process to run automatically.
- It supports Wi-Fi
and Bluetooth (if you have purchased bluetooth extension) sync methods.
- You can register
more than one SyncCenter to VCOrganizer. Each of the them can be enable/disable
individually.
- You can set the
Sync Internal, Sync Period Start time and Sync Period End time.
- You can also trigger
the ad-hoc Sync.

AES encryption of the Note data, Task note, Contact note and Event note
to help you better protect the data stored on your device.- Password lock
with hint feature.
- Pattern lock for
quick login, which allows your to log in to the application by drawing
pattern instead of typing password.
- You can enable
both Password lock and Pattern lock together, which helps in case you
forget either one of them.
- All these security
features are disabled by default. This means you can choose to use the
application without having to log in, or use it without any encryption.
- Sign-on session
will automatically expired in 1 minute or after screen off.
